We are supporting an organisation working with government, defence and industrial stakeholders in the UAE.

We are seeking an experienced Client Relations Officer to manage key customer relationships and support government-contract follow-up.

Job Description

The successful candidate will act as an interface between clients/end-users and internal teams while ensuring effective communication and high levels of client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with clients and end-users.
• Support follow-up of government and institutional contracts.
• Coordinate client requests internally.
• Monitor client satisfaction.
• Support client meetings and presentations.
• Maintain client action trackers.
• Follow up contractual and operational actions.
• Coordinate internally with Business Development and operational departments.
• Identify and escalate client concerns.
• Support long-term relationship development.
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous Client Relations, Account Management or Business Development experience.
• Experience dealing with UAE government or institutional customers preferred.
• Fluent English and Arabic.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder-management capability.
• Professional presentation skills.
• Experience within defence, aerospace, government contracting or industrial markets is highly advantageous.
