We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Client Relation Executive to join our dynamic IT team. Responsibilities

  • Maintain regular communication with clients to build and nurture strong relationships.
  • Identify and address client needs and concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with IT and sales teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
  • Monitor client accounts and ensure timely follow-ups on requests and inquiries.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients showcasing our IT solutions.
  • Collect feedback from clients to improve products and services offered.
  • Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions for future reference.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of proposals and contracts to clients.
  • Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for client engagement strategies.
  • Organize and attend client meetings, both virtual and on-site, as required.
  • Provide training and support to clients on various IT products and services.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is achieved and maintained at all times.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Client Relation Executive in the IT industry is essential.
  • Strong understanding of IT products and services, including software and hardware.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse clients.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts efficiently.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other client management tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging client situations.
  • Willingness to travel and meet clients on-site when necessary.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail in managing client interactions.
