Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Relation Executive to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. In this position, you will serve as the main communication link between our clients and our IT department, ensuring that client needs and expectations are met. You are expected to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a good understanding of the IT industry. Additionally, you should be a proactive problem-solver who is able to think strategically to improve client experiences and foster long-term partnerships. Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with assigned client accounts.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for addressing client inquiries and issues.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to review satisfaction and service levels.
  • Coordinate with IT teams to ensure timely delivery of services to clients.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional IT services.
  • Develop and execute client retention strategies to maintain high loyalty rates.
  • Prepare detailed reports on client satisfaction and areas of improvement.
  • Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams for effective solutions.
  • Analyze client feedback to improve services and client satisfaction outcomes.
  • Provide clients with information about new products and service updates.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage client records and communication history.
  • Lead client onboarding processes ensuring seamless transition and setup experiences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in client relations, preferably in IT sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex situations.
  • Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding client satisfaction targets.
