  • Liaise with legal and financial advisors to ensure compliance with real estate regulations.
  • Conduct post-sale follow-ups to maintain long-term client relationships and referrals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in client relationship management within the real estate sector.
  • Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and industry practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
