We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Client Engagement Associate to join our Business Development team. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for clients, supporting their initial engagement and managing booking requests through our Digital Booking System.

You will play a key role in ensuring a seamless client experience while driving revenue growth and maximizing utilisation through efficient booking coordination and strong stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing booking enquiries and supporting onboarding
  • Guide customers through the Digital Booking System, ensuring a smooth and efficient booking experience
  • Coordinate closely with Range Scheduling and Operations teams to process bookings and ensure seamless service delivery
  • Support the acquisition of new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers
  • Identify booking trends and demand signals, contributing to revenue growth and improved utilisation

Digital System & Reporting

  • Support the day-to-day operation and continuous improvement of the Digital Booking System
  • Liaise with system developers to troubleshoot issues and implement system upgrades
  • Generate data-driven insights and reports for senior management
  • Collect and maintain accurate monthly statistics to support invoicing and performance reporting

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
  • Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in a public or private sector organization
  • Strong client engagement and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in customer service, booking coordination, or business development support
  • Prior experience working within a military or defense industry environment is preferred
