HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

Your mission will be to deliver a personalized, premium client experience. You will achieve this by demonstrating expertise with curiosity and humility, fostering genuine, long-term relationships with clients, and making them feel valued and understood. Your goal is to provide clients with what they desire and aspire to, ultimately turning them into loyal ambassadors for our Brand. You will also play a crucial role in the efficient daily operations of the boutique.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

  • Developing Client Relationships:
    • Delivering an exceptional and unique in-store journey by creating a friendly environment, greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining outstanding standards, and possessing solid product knowledge across all customer touchpoints.
    • Partnering with boutique and local management to support and participate in in-store and offsite events and networking opportunities.
    • Consistently and accurately capturing client data for follow-up and relationship building, effectively utilizing available tools, and exploring all follow-up opportunities.
  • Sales Excellence:
    • Consistently achieving and ideally exceeding sales targets, always adhering to retail guidelines.
    • Mastering the key moments of the sales ceremony.
    • Asking the right questions to engage customers, actively listening to their needs, and gathering the necessary information to secure sales and encourage repeat visits.
    • Handling negotiations and objections with ease and professionalism.
    • Assisting and supporting after-sales clients in accordance with our Brands values, acting as a referent, and offering recommendations that ensure an exceptional client experience.
    • Staying knowledgeable on industry news and competitors.

  • Acting as a Brand Ambassador:
    • Communicating with passion about our Brand, demonstrating extensive knowledge of its values, codes, and history, and possessing a strong capacity to tell a story that resonates with the customer.
    • Offering a detailed description of our Brands pieces/collections (including construction, materials, care, and design) to reinforce its uniqueness.
    • Demonstrating broad knowledge of our Brands collections to promote the uniqueness of our creations and adapting the approach to each customer.

  • Delivering Daily Boutique Operations:
    • Understanding and complying with all security and operational policies and procedures of the Group, Brand, and boutique.
    • Assisting with the daily set-up and breakdown of the boutique, and communicating any maintenance issues.
    • Assisting in the merchandising and daily maintenance of displays and back-stock.
    • Actively participating in daily and annual inventories and cycle counts to prepare for and ensure a successful audit.
    • Assisting with special projects, as needed (e.g., price changes, supporting back-office responsibilities).

  • A proactive and adaptable mindset, staying informed about industry trends and competitors.
  • Diligence in understanding and complying with operational policies, procedures, and security guidelines.
  • Experience in supporting daily boutique operations, including merchandising, inventory management, and general maintenance.
  • Flexibility and a collaborative spirit to assist with special projects as required.
