As a Civil Site Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing construction sites, managing site workers, and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards. You will collaborate closely with architects, clients, and other stakeholders to interpret designs and provide technical advice. Your role will also involve monitoring site activities, solving unexpected site issues, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Responsibilities

• Oversee all day-to-day operations on the construction site to ensure quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers and architects for effective project execution.
• Ensure all work is compliant with building and safety regulations.
• Prepare site reports, check designs and drawings, and plan project execution.
• Resolve unexpected technical difficulties and address any engineering problems.
• Ensure accuracy of levels, measurements, and calculations for construction work.
• Assess risks and enforce mitigation plans to achieve both safety and project objectives.
• Manage construction materials and approve requisitions for site requirements.
• Supervise contracted staff, provide guidance, and evaluate their performance.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and update senior management regularly.
• Liaise with local authorities for necessary permits and compliance documentation.
• Recommend and implement improvements to current methodologies and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required.
• Minimum of three years of experience in civil construction or site management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and other relevant engineering software.
• Strong working knowledge of construction tools, techniques, and procedures.
• Excellent management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple project activities.
• In-depth understanding of construction health and safety regulations and protocols.
