Responsibilities

Requirements

• Proven experience as a foreman or in a similar supervisory role in construction.
• Extensive knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and Occupational Health and Safety standards.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team of workers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and directive communication.
• Ability to read drawings, plans, and blueprints accurately to direct construction activities.
• Good physical condition and endurance, as the job often requires physical activity.
• A degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
