The role demands seasoned professionals capable of overseeing on-site execution, managing contractor interactions, enforcing stringent quality and safety standards, and ensuring strict adherence to project timelines and engineering blueprints in a fast-paced international environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

  • Minimum 5+ years of demonstrable site engineering and execution experience.

  • Proficiency in structural engineering principles, AutoCAD, and construction management software.

  • Strong familiarity with UAE/international construction codes, health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.
