We are seeking a skilled and highly motivated Civil Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and supervise the construction of infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, and buildings.
• Conduct feasibility studies and site investigations to ensure project viability and compliance.
• Prepare engineering calculations, detailed designs, and technical drawings to meet project specifications.
• Analyze survey reports, maps, and data to plan projects effectively and efficiently.
• Ensure all construction and design work complies with industry standards and government regulations.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress and adjust designs and plans to ensure deadlines are met.
• Prepare and manage project budgets to ensure financial objectives are achieved.
• Perform risk management to mitigate project risks and recommend solutions.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure construction quality and safety standards are upheld.
• Provide engineering advice and solutions to technical challenges that arise during projects.
• Prepare technical reports, documents, and project updates for stakeholders and management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of five years of relevant experience in civil engineering or construction management.
• Proficiency in engineering design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and environmental regulations.
• Excellent project management skills, including time management and leadership capabilities.
• Effective communication skills to liaise with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
• Professional Engineering (PE) licensure is preferred, but not essential for qualified candidates.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address engineering challenges.
