Responsibilities

• Develop initial conceptual design and feasibility studies for proposed infrastructure projects.
• Ensure all civil engineering projects comply with mandatory safety regulations and quality standards.
• Prepare and present detailed design, layout, plans, and specifications for approval.
• Oversee construction activities to monitor progress and ensure project completion on time.
• Collaborate with architects, clients, and contractors to ensure comprehensive project execution.
• Analyze survey reports, maps, drawings, and other topographical or geologic data for proper planning.
• Monitor and manage project budgets and resources to ensure cost efficiency.
• Provide technical advice to junior engineers and resolve engineering project issues effectively.
• Maintain accurate and complete project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct risk management and mitigation on-site to enhance project delivery outcomes.
• Stay updated with current civil engineering trends, methods, and regulations for adaptation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in civil engineering projects.
• Proficiency in civil design and analysis software (e.g., AutoCAD, STAAD, Civil 3D).
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
