Responsibilities

• Develop and evaluate plans and designs for construction projects to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Supervise and monitor project site activities and coordinate with contractors and subcontractors.
• Prepare engineering specifications, project plans, and cost estimates for approval.
• Conduct feasibility studies and assess environmental impact for proposed projects.
• Ensure that all project activities comply with relevant regulations and codes.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of infrastructure to extend its lifespan.
• Utilize software and engineering tools to simulate project scenarios and outcomes.
• Manage project budgets and schedules to ensure timely delivery within financial constraints.
• Provide technical advice and solutions to resolve engineering challenges and issues.
• Prepare and submit regular progress reports to stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensure safety and sustainability practices are enforced on all project sites.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred or ability to obtain certification.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering or construction management.
• Strong proficiency in engineering design software such as AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Excellent understanding of construction methodologies and project management principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Knowledge of relevant legal regulations and standards in civil engineering.
