chief Surveyor

We are looking for an Chief Surveyor with Min 8+ years of UAE Experience in Construction companies.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and oversee all surveying works for infrastructure and building projects
• Review project drawings, specifications, and BOQs before execution
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, and Consultants
• Ensure all surveying activities comply with project specifications and standards
• Supervise setting out for roads, buildings, and structural works
• Oversee the use and maintenance of survey equipment
• Provide technical guidance and on-site problem-solving
• Prepare survey reports and progress updates
• Submit as-built drawings and coordinate with QA/QC teams
• Lead and manage surveyors and survey assistants
• Allocate tasks and monitor performance
  
  
  

• Bachelors Degree/Diploma Civil Engineering, Surveying or related field
• 8+ years of experience in infrastructure/building projects
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings and site execution
• Proficiency in survey instruments and software
• Excellent leadership and coordination skills
