Job Description

Develop and implement AI, Data & Analytics strategy
Build and manage high-performing teams by utilising strong resources in place and hiring additional professionals
Oversee budgets and strategic technology initiatives
Deliver systems, dashboards, and suitable products
Drive technology build and implementation across the ecosystem
Align initiatives with Emirate-wide strategy and vision
Foster partnerships with global tech leaders and research institutions

The Successful Applicant

UAE National with family book
15+ years experience in Digital/Technology/AI/Data/Analytics with successful track record of leadership
Proven track record of building AI, data and technology solutions end-to-end
Strategic leadership experience with consulting or strategy exposure
Strong ability to balance technical depth with executive decision-making
Background in consulting, tech, and/or large private sector organisations
