Job Description

As a Business Development Officer, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving growth for the company. Your main tasks will include researching and analyzing market trends, developing strategies to expand the customer base, and negotiating contracts to secure new business deals. You will also collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create effective promotional materials and campaigns, as well as represent the company at industry events and conferences. Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through networking, cold calling, and industry research.

  • Negotiate and close business deals to meet revenue targets and company objectives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for promoting products or services.

  • Prepare and present regular progress reports and forecasts to the management team.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to generate leads and build relationships.
  • Assist in the development of marketing materials and sales tools to support business development activities.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention by providing excellent customer service and addressing any issues or concerns in a timely manner.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Previous experience in business development, sales, or related field may be preferred.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good understanding of market dynamics and business strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
