Chief Advisor

Strategic Advisory

• Advise the CEO on business strategy, growth opportunities, and competitive positioning in the building materials market.
• Conduct analysis on market trends, pricing movements, and demand forecasts across materials such as cement, steel, aggregates, wood, and chemicals.
• Evaluate new business ventures, partnerships, and expansion opportunities.

Industry & Market Intelligence

• Monitor regional construction activity, major projects, and government tenders to anticipate demand.
• Track supplier performance, global commodity trends, and logistics costs to support procurement decisions.
• Provide insights on risks related to supply chain disruptions, price volatility, and regulatory changes.

Operational Oversight

• Review company performance metrics including sales, margins, inventory turnover, and cash flow impact.
• Support the CEO in implementing operational policies related to procurement, pricing, credit control, and compliance.
• Identify inefficiencies in logistics, warehousing, and supply chain operations and recommend improvements.

Executive Support & Coordination

• Prepare executive briefs, board reports, and strategic presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with department heads (Sales, Procurement, Finance, Logistics) to consolidate information for the CEO.
• Monitor progress on strategic initiatives and ensure timely execution of CEO directives.

Stakeholder & Relationship Management

• Represent the CEO in high‑level meetings with suppliers, major clients, and government or regulatory bodies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry players, contractors, and developers.
• Support negotiations on major contracts, pricing agreements, and long‑term supply arrangements.
