Charge Nurse

As a Charge Nurse, you will play a key leadership role within a healthcare setting, overseeing the nursing staff and coordinating patient care. Your responsibilities will include managing the nursing team, assigning work schedules, and providing direct patient care as needed. You will be responsible for ensuring that all nursing protocols and standards are followed, and that patient care is delivered in a compassionate and efficient manner. Responsibilities
