  • Develop and implement channel sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Identify and engage with channel partners to expand market reach and drive sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to ensure effective collaboration and support.
  • Provide training and support to channel partners on products, services, and sales techniques.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize channel sales efficiency.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and operations to support channel partners and resolve issues.
  • Manage channel partner contracts, agreements, and incentive programs to drive desired outcomes.
  • Stay current on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to adjust channel strategies as needed.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on channel sales performance to senior management.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of channel sales operations.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in channel sales or partner management.
  • Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and ability to meet targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
