About the Role

We are hiring a Change Management Lead to drive adoption, engagement, and behavioral change for a major BPR initiative.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the change management strategy

  • Conduct stakeholder impact and readiness assessments

  • Design communication and engagement plans

  • Manage resistance and support leadership alignment

  • Track adoption, engagement, and change effectiveness

  • Coordinate closely with training and communications teams


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or Management

  • 8+ years’ experience in change management or transformation

  • Prosci / ACMP certification preferred

  • Experience in regulated or public-sector organizations
