Cardiac Anesthesiologist

We are seeking a skilled Cardiac Anesthesiologist to join our healthcare team. This role involves providing expert anesthesia care for patients undergoing complex cardiac surgeries, ensuring optimal outcomes and patient safety throughout the perioperative period.

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive preoperative evaluations and assessments of cardiac patients
• Develop and implement tailored anesthesia management plans for cardiac surgical procedures
• Administer anesthesia and continuously monitor vital signs and hemodynamic parameters during surgery
• Utilize advanced cardiac monitoring techniques such as transesophageal echocardiography
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, perfusionists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care
• Recognize and manage perioperative complications and emergencies promptly
• Manage postoperative pain control and anesthesia emergence in cardiac surgery patients
• Stay updated on latest advancements in cardiac anesthesia and participate in quality improvement initiatives
  
  

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited program
• Completion of anesthesia residency training
• Fellowship training in cardiac anesthesia preferred
• Valid and unrestricted medical license
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience as a cardiac anesthesiologist
• Expertise in invasive monitoring and management of cardiac surgical patients
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration in multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments
