Job Description

Lead the end-to-end management of capital construction projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
Develop and implement project strategies, budgets, and schedules while aligning with organisational goals.
Oversee the performance of contractors and consultants to ensure compliance with project requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the alignment of project objectives and expectations.
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards throughout project lifecycles.
Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on project progress and financial performance.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with construction projects proactively.
Ensure efficient resource allocation and utilisation across multiple projects.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Capital Projects Director should have:

A degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.
Proven expertise in leading large-scale construction projects within the public sector in UAE
Strong knowledge of construction regulations, health and safety guidelines, and project management methodologies.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills to manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Analytical skills to assess project risks and implement effective solutions
