Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Call Center Representative with fluency in Arabic to join our dynamic team. As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support with every interaction. Your primary role will involve managing customer inquiries, providing solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. We are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English, is patient, empathetic, and possesses strong problem-solving abilities. This position requires an individual who can effectively handle a high volume of calls and messages while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.


Responsibilities

  • Handle a large volume of inbound and outbound calls from customers.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records of inquiries.
  • Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.
  • Participate in training and development sessions to improve service quality.
  • Adhere to company guidelines and performance standards for customer service.
  • Assist in identifying customer needs and recommending suitable products.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
  • Monitor and evaluate customer satisfaction and report feedback to management.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer and company information.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for helping others.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional languages are a plus.
  • Comfortable using computers and familiar with various customer service software.
