Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls from customers to address inquiries and provide solutions.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints efficiently, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
  • Input customer data accurately into our CRM system during each call.
  • Follow communication scripts clearly to ensure each call is handled consistently.
  • Perform customer verifications and record all details of the calls accurately.
  • Provide information and benefits about products and services to potential customers.
  • Continuously build positive relationships with customers by demonstrating empathy and understanding.
  • Utilize tools and applications efficiently to provide timely and accurate responses.
  • Achieve consistently high levels of customer satisfaction by meeting quality standards.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet or exceed call center performance targets.
  • Participate in training sessions and engage in self-development initiatives.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification is mandatory.
  • Proven customer service experience in a call center or similar setting is preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional tone.
  • Ability to operate a computer and use various software programs confidently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage stressful situations effectively.
  • Empathetic attitude with a passion for assisting and resolving customer issues.
  • Adequate typing speed and accuracy are necessary for efficient data entry.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, is required.
