Job Summary

The Calibration Office will execute calibration activities by managing instrument registration, warehouse coordination, supplier communication, certificate collection, PR/PO/SES processes, and SAP updates.

The role ensures all Measurement & Test Equipment (MTE) are calibrated on time, properly documented, and fully traceable according to ISO 17025 and internal quality requirements

Key Accountabilities:

  • Instrument registration & calibration ID labelling
  • Updating and maintaining the Calibration Master List
  • SAP data entry: calibration status, certificate upload, equipment updates
  • Preparing instruments and creating Gate Passes for supplier dispatch
  • Receiving instruments from suppliers and verifying service completion
  • Coordinating with Warehouse for receiving, storage, and issuing of instruments
  • Checking, verifying, signing, and filing Delivery Notes (DNs)
  • Ensuring calibration certificates are received, verified, scanned, and correctly stored in digital/physical folders
  • Coordinating with Procurement to raise PRs and follow up on POs
  • Creating and approving SES after confirming calibration service delivery
  • Communicating with calibration suppliers regarding schedules, delays, and collection
  • Coordinating with end users to collect due or expired instruments
  • Basic review of calibration certificates for completeness and accuracy
  • Supporting monthly calibration reporting (Excel / Power BI)
  • Maintaining traceability, documentation, labeling, and filing systems
  • Managing nonconforming or quarantine instruments

Experience & Education Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Engineering, Quality, Metrology, or related field
  • 2 – 4 years’ experience working directly in calibration, quality, warehouse coordination, and technical operations
  • Strong knowledge of calibration processes and measurement tools
  • Experience working with suppliers and end users
  • Knowledge of Aerospace/defense including ISO 17025 calibration lab experience
  • Intermediate experience working with SAP, Excel and Power BI

Preferred:

  • Experience in PR/PO/SES processes
  • Advanced Power BI dashboard exposure
