Job Description

A Cafe Manager at 21N25 is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a bustling and vibrant cafe. Responsibilities

  • Implement health and safety standards to comply with legal regulations.
  • Create work schedules for staff and manage payroll effectively and on time.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.
  • Monitor financial transactions and create reports on sales and budgeting.
  • Coordinate with vendors for timely procurement of quality products and ingredients.
  • Organize promotional events to drive cafe sales and increase brand visibility.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and profit margins.
  • Ensure all equipment is in good working condition and schedule maintenance when needed.
  • Foster a positive team environment and encourage a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a cafe manager or similar managerial role in hospitality.
  • Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and staff.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage preparation, hygiene, and safety regulations.
  • Experience with budgeting, financial management, and reporting for a business.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
