Job Description

As a Business Setup Expert, you will play a critical role in facilitating the establishment of new businesses across various industries. This role involves comprehensive consultation services to entrepreneurs and investors, helping them navigate the complex processes of launching a new business. You will be responsible for guiding clients through legal, administrative, and operational aspects of setting up their business. With your expertise in business planning and development, you will ensure that all necessary documentation, licenses, and permits are acquired in a timely manner, conforming to the local regulatory standards. Your ability to assess individual business needs and provide tailored strategic advice will be fundamental in supporting new ventures from conception to operation.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial consultations with clients to understand their business concept and objectives.
  • Advise clients on business structures and registration processes suitable for their goals.
  • Assist clients in preparing and submitting legal documents and applications.
  • Coordinate with local authorities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and advise on potential business locations and premises for clients.
  • Support clients in drafting strategic business plans tailored to their specific needs.
  • Guide clients through acquiring necessary business licenses and permits.
  • Conduct market research to provide clients with competitive and sector-specific insights.
  • Coordinate with financial advisors to help clients develop effective funding strategies.
  • Facilitate connections between clients and key stakeholders in relevant industries.
  • Provide ongoing support and advice as clients transition from setup to operational phases.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulatory changes affecting business setups.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in business consultancy or a similar role over a period.
  • Strong knowledge of business setup procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform market research and analyze industry trends effectively.
  • Prowess in supporting end-to-end business planning and development processes.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
