Job Description

As a Business Setup Advisor, you will play a critical role in guiding entrepreneurs and established businesses through the process of setting up and structuring their ventures effectively and efficiently. Your expertise will assist companies in navigating legal requirements, financial planning, and strategic decision-making to ensure their startup or expansion succeeds. This role demands a deep understanding of the business landscape, regulatory environments, and industry trends to provide tailored advice that meets the unique needs of each client. Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and drafting of detailed business plans.
  • Advise clients on compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

  • Coordinate with legal, financial, and tax experts to ensure comprehensive service delivery.
  • Monitor industry trends to maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices.
  • Facilitate connections with potential investors, partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Support clients in navigating administrative processes and obtaining necessary permits.
  • Design and implement workshops to educate clients on business setup and strategy.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients post-setup to ensure continuous growth.
  • Prepare regular reports on the progress and outcomes of client engagements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field required.
  • Proven experience in business advisory, consultancy, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks affecting businesses.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills suited for client-facing roles.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Familiarity with financial planning and business development strategies preferred.
