Business Relationship Manager - UAE National M F D

As a Business Relationship Manager, will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. You will serve as a bridge between our technology experts and our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and that our solutions align with their business objectives. Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

• Develop and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.
• Understand clients business objectives, challenges, and industry trends.
• Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
  
  

• Collaborate with clients to identify their specific data analytics and AI technology needs.
• Conduct thorough assessments of client requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
  
  

• Work closely with our technology and data science teams to design tailored solutions.
• Present solutions to clients in a clear and compelling manner, highlighting the value proposition.
  
  

• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services or products.
• Ensure client satisfaction and retention by addressing any issues promptly.
  
  

• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors offerings.
• Provide insights and recommendations to the companys leadership based on market intelligence.
  
  

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to align strategies and deliver exceptional service.

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the technology or data analytics industry.
• Good understanding of data analytics and AI technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
• Results-driven with a focus on exceeding client expectations.
• Familiarity with the business landscape in Abu Dhabi and the UAE is a plus.
