About the Role

We are seeking a Process Architect (IT / BPM Specialist) to bridge business process redesign with enabling IT systems and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate redesigned processes into system-ready workflows

• Develop BPMN-compliant process architectures

• Align business processes with IT systems and applications

• Identify automation and digitization opportunities

• Support system integration, testing, and validation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Systems Engineering, or related field

• 7+ years’ experience in BPM, workflow, or digital transformation

• Strong BPMN and enterprise systems experience
