About the Role

We are hiring a BPR Consultant / Analyst to support process discovery, documentation, and analysis activities across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Document current processes, policies, and procedures

• Conduct interviews and workshops with process owners

• Develop process maps, gap analyses, and improvement proposals

• Support KPI definition and performance measurement

• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and validation materials

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field

• 3–6 years’ experience in process analysis or consulting

• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills

• Familiarity with BPM tools and process standards
