Purpose
The role is responsible for end‑to‑end supplier contract management, ensuring robust governance and compliance across the full contract lifecycle. This includes ownership of the RFP process as a core element of contract management, supporting supplier onboarding and offboarding, and maintaining a comprehensive, accurate, and well‑structured repository of supplier contracts, contacts, and related documentation.
The position places strong emphasis on data analysis and the ability to transform complex or raw data into meaningful insights, supported by data visualization for performance monitoring and executive‑level reporting. In addition, the role contributes to the development and continuous improvement of standard operating procedures (SOPs), communication frameworks, and customer service standards to ensure consistent governance, transparency, and operational excellence across the supplier ecosystem.
Accountabilities
- Proactively maintain, update, and continuously enhance the central repository of all cargo supplier contracts, ensuring accuracy, traceability, and full adherence to corporate governance standards throughout the contract lifecycle.
- Support sourcing initiatives and RFP processes involving third‑party suppliers at both new and existing stations, ensuring all contractual documentation, approvals, renewals, and compliance requirements are properly managed and governed.
- Facilitate and oversee supplier onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring that contractual obligations, operational readiness, and required training are completed, documented, and retained in line with established policies.
- Own and maintain supplier communication channels, ensuring timely dissemination of corporate updates, policy changes, procedural revisions, and operational guidance to maintain alignment and transparency.
- Prepare and maintain Management Information System (MIS) reports for the Customer Experience function, translating data into actionable insights and visual dashboards to support decision‑making and executive presentations.
- Maintain accurate records of meeting minutes, monitor follow‑up actions, and ensure timely closure of assigned action items to support effective governance and cross‑functional alignment.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a commercial or related discipline. Further education in logistics/aviation management is an advantage.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the airline or cargo industry.
- Understanding of cargo commercial & operations processes and industry standards.
- Experience in business analysis within the aviation industry.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite- Excel, Word, PowerPoint- with advanced capabilities in structuring presentations.
- Data visualization and reporting skills; ability to build clear, executive-ready presentations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capability to translate raw data into meaningful insights.
- Demonstrates an in-depth understanding of supplier contracts and associated obligation
