Job Summary

Dniepr Fire Safety is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our market presence and drive revenue growth in fire alarm, fire fighting, and life safety solutions. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to achieving company sales targets within the UAE market.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in fire protection and life safety projects.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and facility management companies.

  • Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.

  • Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals to clients.

  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans aligned with company goals.

  • Negotiate contracts and successfully close deals.

  • Monitor project pipelines from inquiry stage to project completion.

  • Conduct market research and track competitor activities and industry trends.

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

  • Coordinate with estimation, operations, and technical teams for smooth project execution.

  • Represent the company at client meetings, networking events, and industry exhibitions.

(These responsibilities align with common fire & life safety BDM roles focused on sales growth, partner relationships, and market expansion.)


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.

  • 3–5 years experience in business development or sales (Fire & Safety / MEP preferred).

  • Strong knowledge of fire alarm and fire fighting systems.

  • UAE market experience with contractor/consultant network preferred.

  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and closing projects.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Valid UAE driving license preferred.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and ZOHO Books.
