Accountabilities
Conduct business development initiatives to expand the businesses and sources of income
Plan, propose and implement strategic and tactical agreements to strengthen and expand the business
Research, gather and analyse data on products and competitors in the market and guide market researchplansto define the best approach to increase Company market quota and visibility
Represent the company within the defined region to ensure the commercial success
Act as local point of contact for internal stakeholders and Head Office Management to ensurepropermanagement and reporting of dealings, administrative activities and revenue generating opportunities
Analyse, measure and report on performance of all marketing and sales promotion initiatives to improvesellingapproach
Participate in defining sales strategy and objectives to ensure alignment with overall Company objectivesandexternal trends
Develop and monitor sales plans to ensure sales strategy is properly implemented across the marketsandexpected results are reached within budget
Define area sales targets and possible channels to be used to ensure consistent contribution to overallCompanyresults
Develop and maintain excellent relationships with third parties (e.g. travel agencies, corporatecustomers,governmental authorities) to ensure effective brand positioning among strategic clients
Develop, manage and stipulate a portfolio of contracts by counselling district sales representatives toensure thatCompany market positioning is improved and compliant with overall commercial strategy
Liaise with local governmental authorities to ensure compliance with all local regulations and policies
Engage with Company partners to conduct joint negotiations with clients or intermediaries to optimizecompanyvisibility and to exploit new commercial channels and possibilities
Develop, implement and manage the local sales channel strategy according to Company guidelines inorder toensure the maximization of company reach and revenues possibilities
Monitor sales KPIs and dashboards to identify areas of improvement, new initiatives and proposecorrectiveactions

Minimum Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 7 years of experience within relevant field
