Key Responsibilities
New Business Opportunities Identification: Finding and analyzing possible business ventures, clients, and markets.
Lead Generation: Developing strategies for generating new leads and converting them into business opportunities.
Client Relationship Management: Creating and fostering great client and partner relationships to support long-term business success.
Sales Strategy Formulation: Developing and executing sales tactics to attain revenue objectives.
Market Analysis and Research: Conducting research on market trends, competitors, and customer preference to identify opportunities for growth.
Negotiating and Closing deals: Negotiating and closing deals with potential customers or partners.
Working with Internal Teams: Working with marketing and creative teams to align business development activities with business goals.
Proposal Writing: Preparing and presenting proposals, presentations, and business plans to customers or stakeholders.
Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Monitoring sales performance and reporting key metrics, sales forecasts, and objectives to management.
Brand Promotion: Marketing the company at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to advance the
brand and services.
Account Management: Maintaining key accounts and ensuring consistent satisfaction to allow for repeat business.
Budget Management: Efficient management and deployment of resources to optimize business development efforts.
Performance Monitoring: Tracking the performance of business development activities and realigning as a result.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
5–8 years of experience in business development or account management (preferably within a marketing/advertising agency)
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Solid understanding of marketing communications and creative services
