Job Description

The Business Development Manager in the Recruitment/Manpower sector plays a pivotal role in driving the organization's growth and expansion efforts. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development within the recruitment/manpower industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and manpower sector dynamics.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic business plans.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding revenue targets and growth objectives.
