Job Description

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to identify new business opportunities, cultivate and maintain partnerships, and increase revenue through strategic planning and implementation. You will be responsible for understanding market trends, customer needs, and competition, and using these insights to develop innovative strategies that create sustainable growth for our business. Moreover, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company goals while expanding our market presence. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities that align with company goals.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to increase market presence and revenue.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and potential partners.
  • Analyze market trends to inform business strategies and decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create innovative promotional campaigns.
  • Lead negotiations with prospective partners and manage contract processes.
  • Monitor competitor activity to identify threats and opportunities in the market.
  • Deliver presentations and pitches to potential clients to secure new business.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and forecasts for senior management review.
  • Work cross-functionally with product development teams to meet client needs.
  • Ensure strong internal communication to support project objectives and outcomes.
  • Provide training and mentoring to junior business development staff members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in business development or sales roles.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client relationship management.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic business plans.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
