Job Description

The Business Development Executive plays a crucial role in driving a company’s growth and success by identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients. This position requires a strategic thinker who is also capable of practical execution, as well as a thorough understanding of the market and competitive landscape. Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and analysis.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Collaborate with management to develop strategic business plans and initiatives.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to differentiate company offerings in the marketplace.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable partnerships and collaborations.
  • Provide detailed reports and updates on sales pipeline and performance metrics.
  • Actively participate in networking events to promote the company and expand contacts.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales and marketing strategies.
  • Monitor industry trends to ensure company remains competitive and innovative.
  • Develop customized presentations and proposals for potential clients and partners.
  • Identify opportunities for product or service improvements based on client feedback.
  • Travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events and conferences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales roles.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding business development targets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to conduct thorough market analysis and interpret industry data.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills with a client-focused approach.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
