Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with experience in ERP or SaaS solutions to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong skill set in sales and business development, with a deep understanding of software solutions in enterprise resource planning (ERP) or the Software as a Service (SaaS) domain. This role requires a professional who can strategize and execute plans to attract new clients and retain existing ones. You will be tasked with identifying business opportunities, building key customer relationships, and closing business deals while maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions. This position will involve significant interaction with senior management, and offers an outstanding platform for growth and career advancement within our rapidly expanding organization.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the ERP or SaaS market segment.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive growth and increase market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
  • Prepare and present proposals to potential clients, demonstrating the value of our solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects and services.
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation through to closing the deal.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote company solutions.
  • Provide feedback to product development teams based on client interactions and market insights.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments and competitive landscape.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing exemplary support services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in ERP or SaaS business development.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in relevant markets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills essential for proposal development.
  • Strong networking abilities with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
  • Proficient in CRM software tools to manage and analyze customer interactions.
  • Ability to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing business opportunities.
