Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our corporate sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for driving business growth and a robust understanding of the corporate sales landscape. As a Business Development Executive, your primary responsibility will be to identify and secure new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and drive the company’s long-term revenue goals. You will work closely with senior management to develop strategic sales plans and implement the day-to-day operations of those plans. Success in this role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, constantly changing environment. With a strong focus on results, you will strategize and execute plans to expand the company’s presence in the corporate sector.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the corporate sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to ensure client retention.
  • Develop strategic sales plans to achieve the company’s revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs for new sales prospects.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies to acquire new clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profits for the company.
  • Provide professional after-sales support to enhance customer loyalty.
  • Prepare and present reports on sales performance to senior management.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage sales pipelines and client interactions efficiently.
  • Attend industry events and networking functions to build business relationships.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.
  • Proactively resolve any issues or conflicts with clients to maintain satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate sales or business development.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess potential opportunities.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales performance metrics analysis.
  • Ability to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
