Job Description

The Business Development Executive – Corporate Sales plays a crucial role in generating new business opportunities and driving company growth within the corporate sector. With a strategic focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing clients, the individual in this position is responsible for increasing brand awareness, leading sales initiatives, and negotiating contracts. The role requires a blend of sales acumen, networking skills, and industry knowledge to successfully identify and develop new sales pipelines. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales or business development with a proven track record of achieving targets. They will work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business objectives and ensure the delivery of high-quality services to corporate clients.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new corporate clients through various business development strategies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients to ensure ongoing business.
  • Conduct market research to identify new market opportunities and trends in the corporate sector.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging sales and promotional materials.
  • Prepare detailed proposals and presentations tailored to the specific needs of corporate clients.
  • Negotiate contract terms with clients and effectively close sales deals.
  • Regularly review sales strategies and overall performance against sales targets and objectives.
  • Provide feedback to product teams to inform product development and innovation.
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of client information and sales activities.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to promote our services.
  • Train and onboard new team members with effective selling techniques and company products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Proven experience in sales or business development within the corporate sector.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and market research skills are essential.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team to achieve sales goals.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and data management tools is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, events, and conferences as needed.
