The Business Development Executive is a critical role within our company, essential for driving growth and expanding our market reach. Responsibilities

  • Develop proposals and negotiate contracts to secure new business deals.

  • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts to senior management.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote company services.
  • Monitor competitors' activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure customer expectations are met effectively.
  • Utilize CRM systems to manage leads, contacts, and sales activities efficiently.
  • Report on business development activities and outcomes to the management team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three years’ experience in business development or sales roles.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets consistently.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data effectively.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software, such as Salesforce.
