Job Description

The Business Development Executive plays a vital role in driving an organization's growth and success by identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasting.
  • Participate in industry networking events and conferences to promote the company's brand and services.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members to develop their business development skills.
  • Continuously update industry knowledge to enhance competitiveness and business acumen.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or business development roles.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth goals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are essential for success.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess market trends and opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environments.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance metrics is advantageous.
