Job Description

A Business Development Executive plays a crucial role in the growth and success of an organization by identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and fostering relationships with potential clients and partners. Responsibilities

  • Provide training and mentoring to junior business development staff as required.
  • Organize and participate in networking events and industry conferences to expand professional networks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in business development or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth objectives.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to influence stakeholders effectively.
  • Excellent analytical skills with an ability to interpret complex market data.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
