We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and business strategy, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth. As a key player in our business development team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your role will involve a mix of market research, strategic planning, and partnership building, making it crucial for you to have excellent communication and negotiation skills. Responsibilities

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through research and networking.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales and business growth goals.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align on strategies for lead generation.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable deals.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded.
  • Track and report on sales metrics and client feedback to senior management.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to increase business networking opportunities.
  • Continuously update knowledge of services and industry developments.
  • Support cross-functional teams in achieving overall business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in business development or sales-related position is essential.
  • Strong understanding of sales and negotiation techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, industry events, and conferences.
