Job Description

As a Business Development Executive (19N40), you will play a crucial role in the growth and development of our business. Your primary responsibility will be to identify new business opportunities, build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and develop strategies to increase company revenue. You will be the face of the company, managing customer interactions, negotiations, and partnership deals. The ideal candidate should have a thorough understanding of the market landscape, excellent communication skills, and a strong business acumen to drive sales and growth. Your ability to analyze market trends, assess client needs, and deliver tailored solutions will be key to your success in this role.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to meet growth targets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships and partnerships.

  • Develop and execute business strategies to enhance revenue and growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met effectively.

  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with prospective clients to maximize profits.
  • Provide market research, forecasts, and competitive analysis to management.
  • Attend conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand business opportunities.
  • Track client interactions and outcomes to report on business development activities.
  • Continuously seek feedback and adopt innovative approaches to improve sales processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field required.
  • Proven experience in a business development or sales executive role preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to analyze market data and implement strategic business initiatives.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite is highly desirable.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and keen attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and business events.
