Job Description

The role of a Business Development Executive is crucial for the growth and success of an organization. Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and demands.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align business development activities.
  • Prepare and present detailed business proposals and sales pitches to clients.
  • Identify potential risks and challenges in customer interactions and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of potential leads and new clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and finalize agreements with new and existing clients.
  • Attend and represent the company at industry conferences and networking events.
  • Provide regular feedback and report to management on business development activities.
  • Identify and evaluate potential strategic partnerships and alliances.
  • Set key performance indicators and achieve targets in line with company objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development or sales-related roles is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve organizational goals.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed revenue targets consistently.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
