Job Description

The Business Analyst, reference number 27O25, is a key player in our strategic planning and project development team. This role involves examining the existing business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and developing solutions to optimize organizational performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather data, perform analyses, and support decision-making. With a focus on both IT and business model enhancements, you will play a pivotal role in translating business needs into technical requirements, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope. Your insights will be instrumental in facilitating business growth and innovation.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed analysis of business requirements and develop appropriate solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business needs.
  • Analyze existing systems and propose improvements to optimize performance.
  • Prepare and present reports summarizing insights and recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Facilitate meetings to communicate project progress and address concerns.
  • Identify and document potential business risks and mitigation strategies.
  • Assist in the development of testing strategies to ensure system quality.
  • Develop user stories and functional specifications for development teams.
  • Support the implementation process by providing technical expertise and guidance.
  • Maintain continuous communication with IT and business teams to align solutions.
  • Manage changes and updates to project documents and plans as needed.
  • Provide training and support to ensure successful adoption of new systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a business analyst or similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of interacting with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
  • Familiarity with financial modeling, business case development, and ROI analysis.
  • Ability to work independently with a keen attention to detail is essential.
