Job Description

A Business Analyst at 24O25 plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between the technical and business sides of our organization. You will work closely with stakeholders, including management and clients, to identify business needs and ensure solutions align with our strategic goals. The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage several projects simultaneously. In this role, you will analyze business data, identify trends, and work with team members to develop and implement data-driven solutions that improve efficiency and drive the company forward. Your expertise will be essential in developing processes and systems that enhance productivity and contribute to the organization’s success.


Responsibilities

  • Analyze and document business processes and requirements thoroughly and accurately.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business needs and provide solutions.
  • Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress effectively.
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops with users and key stakeholders regularly.
  • Create reports and dashboards to present data-driven decisions to management.
  • Identify business opportunities through systematic analysis of industry trends.
  • Work closely with IT teams to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of all processes, requirements, and standards.
  • Assist in the creation of training materials and conduct training sessions as needed.
  • Evaluate new technologies and recommend improvements to current systems.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in business operations.
  • Support the implementation of business strategies by analyzing key metrics diligently.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
  • Solid understanding of business process management and improvement methodologies.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis and familiarity with analytical tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects.
  • Knowledge of SQL, Excel, and other data analysis software is highly preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail in execution.
  • Experience with project management and business analysis software highly desirable.
