Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain documentation related to business processes and systems.
  • Lead and coordinate meetings to gather detailed project requirements from stakeholders.
  • Facilitate the implementation of new business processes and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Create comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitive positioning.
  • Foster strong relationships with business partners to ensure alignment of goals and objectives.
  • Act as a bridge between technical teams and business units, ensuring clear communication.
  • Monitor project progress and evaluate performance to determine areas for improvement.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality output.
  • Assist in cost-benefit analysis and risk assessment for proposed projects and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel and Tableau.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively present ideas to stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
