Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Work with IT teams to design and implement system enhancements and solutions.

  • Conduct gap analysis to find discrepancies between existing processes and desired state.
  • Support project managers in executing projects efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
  • Develop testing processes and methodologies to evaluate new solutions and improvements.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to users of new systems and processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with stakeholders.
  • Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools like Excel, SQL, and Tableau.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently under pressure.
